Gentle massage at home for older adults

The gentle massage lasts 45 minutes and costs €65. It is a light-pressure wellness massage for people who prefer a delicate touch and a calm pace. You decide the areas and the pressure.

It is given by a qualified massage therapist, in your living room or bedroom, with a professional massage table, clean table linen and a neutral oil with no perfume or nuts.

If you would like more time, the relaxing massage lasts 60 or 90 minutes. For the feeling of heavy legs there is the 60-minute beauty drainage massage, always given by a qualified beauty therapist.

There is no need to drive, find parking or go to a centre: the therapist comes to your home and sets up the massage table. If you book again, the same therapist comes to you, and at the end of each session you can book the next one, every week or every two weeks.

We go to ten towns in the Alicante area and the Marina Baixa. The full list is on our areas page. Travel is included. There is a €15 supplement for remote areas: we will tell you before you book.

Before the first session, we ask each person to answer their own questionnaire: short, private and yes-or-no only. It helps us adapt the massage. It is not a medical check-up and does not replace your doctor.

This is a wellness massage: it is not physiotherapy or a health treatment. If you have an illness, an injury or medical advice, check with your doctor first.

A clear space of about 2.5 x 3 metres, in the living room or a bedroom, and a washbasin so the therapist can wash her hands. She brings the massage table, the table linen and the oil.
